hard drive back to factory state

my HP is chalked with different types of malware. I would go in to control panel and then programs and deleat them but it would take to long can I wipe the hard drive back to factory state.

If you haven't actively deleted it, there should be a recovery partition. Consult your users manual on how to invoke it.
Poof....restore back to as it was when it came from the store..

NOTE: This will blow away anything and everything you have saved on it.
