So recently I've noticed some minor color banding on my computer. It's visible on gradients, HD Videos, and games. Despite my best efforts, I have been unable to fix the problem.

Specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 Mainboard
EVGA Geforce 550ti
16GB Corsair 8 GB Vengeance PC3-15000 1866mHz (although it is set to 1633 in bios)
Corsair CX 600 Watt Power supply
ASUS Wireless LAN Card
128 GB Samsung SSD
1 TB Western Digital HDD

Acer AL2216W Monitor (1680x1050)
Acer G215HV (1920x1080)
Sony Bravia 44inch (1920x1080)

Things I've tried:
Tried all combinations of different DVI Cords/Ports on the Video Card and monitors
HDMI Cord when applicable
Swapped out the 550ti for a 8400GS to no effect
Fresh Install of Windows with latest NVidia drivers (327.23) as well as rolled back drivers (320.49)
Switching PCIE 2.0 slots on the mainboard
I've also examined Windows display settings to ensure that colors are set to 32 bit

I'm fresh out of ideas. If anyone has any suggestions I haven't tried, I'd greatly appreciate them.

Thanks

I bet it's your mobo. If you live near a bestbuy, take it in the the Geeksquad and have them run it through tests. Just bring your entire system, and they'll find it. Not sure how, but they're the Geeks :) I'll keep searching for answers though...

Is all of your equipment plugged into a surge protector? I think it's definitely an issue with your GPU Slot. Have you tried uninstalling your GPU, and installing it in a different slot?

Thanks for the reply Spinny99.

Everything is plugged into a surge protector. I just swapped it out and plugged it directly into the wall/another surge protector to see if anything changed, but unfortunately it did not.

I have also tried swapping the GPU into the other PCIE 2.0 (though it's only 4x), but that didn't work either.

It's GOT to be your motherboard. I mean, what else could it be? If you have tested all your cables, and different GPU's, it leaves me to either the motherboard or the monitors. Have you tried using different monitors? What is your display setup?
