Hi, this is my list from PC Part Picker that I chose, and I wanna know what you guys think for the price, and if it's worth it. My budget is 600, 700 MAX, this is over 600 so I'd like it if someone might be able to find a same, or better group of parts for cheaper, if not it's ok, just if it's good for the budget. Thanks!

PSU is absolute garbage. 16Gb is way too much, especially for a budget system.

Some Flaws:
You want at least a quad core for gaming.
An after market CPU cooler isn't necessary (You want to spend the most on GPU).
You have a MicroATX motherboard and a ATX Mid Tower?
Unnecessary amount of RAM.
Way more power than you need in a PSU.
You want a better GPU.

Here is a build I made with an 8-core processor and a decent GPU with plenty of upgrade room:
-Note: This build is $780, I assume you don't need to buy an OS since you have none on your list. So $690.

But even without the OS, it goes over $700 without rebates,
