This is the build I'm thinking (minus the cooler and MOBO, I need help with those)

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1JSoY

I picked only 250GB of SSD storage because I really don't need more as I have a collection of Externals I love to keep all my stuff on anyways

So I picked the case because it's one of very few that will fit in a carry-on suitcase (Barely) so I can protect it properly. The reason I went with a tower and didn't just go for a laptop is because I love to tweak (OC), I have a fetish for 24" or larger monitors, I wanted a challenge, and it is very doable considering both places I'll be transporting it to and from have TV's to hook up to as monitors. I'm taking a job that is 2 weeks out of town work, 1 week off (in town). So the computer will get some KM's on it which is why I wanted it in my carry-on so it is with me every step of the way.

I was told I didn't need the i7-4770k because I use my computer for mostly gaming and general usage.

I do plan on Overclocking (as much as the cooler you guys suggest, the mobo and the CPU will allow)

Are there any glaring weakpoints? anything too excessive?

I'm not a hard core gamer so I figured the 770 would be enough for my needs (I plan on overclocking that too...? worth it?)

I need a Mini-ITX Mobo that will allow me to get the OC results I crave, must have USB 3.0 (don't think any of them don't have it), and I'm looking to use all wireless accessories (mouse, keyboard, headphones). I'm not overly concerned about being able to upgrade parts. I think the most upgrading on a computer I've done in the past was to update the video card. I build one computer and keep it for 3-4 years and then just build a new one.

And I also need a good quality liquid cooler that will fit that case, I'm a noob when it comes to liquid cooling

Thank you in advance

To of the line closed loop liquid coolers $100+ are about 1-4 degrees better than $70 air coolers and make ALOT of noise. You are thinking of $300+ custom water loops. Those are better than anything.

8gb RAM is more than enough for a gaming computer.

Just make sure you have enough room on that drive. You need to leave the last 15% open because it is an SSd and many games these days are 20-40gb installed.
Correct, no need for the i7.

Gaming with wireless keyboard/mouse is never a good idea.

liquid coolers are LOUD and barely cool better than good quality air coolers.

Get 8gb RAM. 16gb is too much for a dedicated gaming computer.

That SSd is too small to be the only drive, you will need another 500gb+ HDD.

That case is not as small as you think. IT is only slightly smaller than a regular mid-tower. It is also considerably wider.

Yeah I could easily go for wired mouse and keyboard. not an issue

Really? I thought liquid coolers were way better?

Yeah I might go with 8gb of RAM and just pocket the extra money

I really don't need any more than the one Hard drive, although it's small. I'll never fill it and with the travel I'd rather not risk a mechanical getting knocked around and losing any data. I have plenty of Externals like I said. Storage isn't really an issue.

and I've looked into the case dimensions quite a bit and that's with the handles attached. If I remove the handles for shipping purposes it easily fits in a carry on

Any suggestions for coolers or MOBO?

Well there's only a really small handful of mITX motherboards with overclock capabilities that you can purchase. For that price I would recommend something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157374

Is this MSI Board (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-z87i) equivalent to the Asrock board mentioned? (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-z87eitx)

Only difference I see is 6xUSB 3.0 vs 4xUSB 3.0
