Issue: at random times, Windows will hard freeze (mouse and keyboard lights will turn off, cannot recover from this state). event viewer does not register any hardware or software errors. Currently I am running a selective startup only loading the minimum. I have no reason to believe this is a hardware issue as the system was running perfectly until i made a windows change.
I would rather not reinstall windows off the bat because i hate shotgun troubleshooting.
