I need help. I just up-graded my entire rig in order to run IL2 across three screens. I just can't seem to get Eyefinity across all three screens. All three work fine in desktop mode but in catalyst the third screen is always grayed out.
I came across this post (http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-803443/eyefinity-setup-guide.html) and followed the instructions. I thought getting a DVI to display port adapter (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814999034) would solve the problem but it still won't work.
My middle display is slightly bigger than the other two but all three are set to the same resolution.
Here are my system specs:
Win 7 64bit pro

Intel Core i7-4770K Haswell 3.5GHz LGA 1150 84W Quad-Core

ASUS SABERTOOTH Z87 LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Mobo

32GB RAM 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900)

Two HIS IceQ H785QT4G2M Radeon HD 7850 4GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP

Triple display: middle: ASUS VS24AH-P Black 24"
Left/right: Acer X223Wbd Black 22"

Not sure if this matters but in catalysis to tried to turn on Crossfire but then the third screen loses it's signal.

I tied to use Sans FOV changer but I haven't been able to get that to work as well.

Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated.

Solution
I have Eyefinity working fine. Occasionally, one monitor won't come on. What I do is, unplug & replug DVI to the monitor = working. Simple for me and it works. Initially, setting up eyefinity was a task for me and hope this inform helps. The key to eyefinity is "ACTIVE" video display port.
After doing some homework and and building 4 systems. I came across Sapphire Flex. I had a video card that supports eyefinity but I needed to buy a active display port adapter, which cost more than the video card at the time. LOL Sapphire flex has a built in active display port. Those His IceQ are nice but do not have active dispaly port, you mention display port adapt, but is it active? That's Nice system you have. crossfire = wow ..... enclose is...
