My Power colour 5770 is overheating.When I play Saints Row IV my GPU temp reaches 105°C which I known is very bad is it airflow problem or cooling paste problem.If it is airflow problem I am already planning to buy a new case. Please Help. :??::(

The card is old, it might be the thermal paste needs replacing. Take note to not use too much.

Also, it could be the dust. I would recommend cleaning the dust out of the card.
