Graphic Card Advice
There is that many card out there now a days I'm confused on which one i should get i purchased a Radeon 7950 back in June this year but to be honest i haven't been happy with the card. Now I'm wanting to move to the Nvidia side of things but i aint sure what way to go i have ideas which i will share with you.

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 WindForce 3x OC 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

KFA2 GeForce GTX 670 EX OC 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

is the above card good quality cards, I'm open to other suggestions at the moment i am willing to go to around the £300 mark for a good card.

Reason i am changing the card i have is problems with Fifa one of the main game i play to be honest the the game seems to stutter a lot and this is only game i have had a problem all other games i run on ultimate settings no problem.

Sure report back and tell us how it performs, curious myself too.

Anywayz what processor do you have? and do you have V-sync on or off?

Installed the latest beta drivers for the card still doing exact same thing during the game this is part of the reason i haven't purchased fifa 14 as 13 aint running worth a flip on my machine so its holding me back from the latest game release.

Well, my stuttering is finally gone. I know you said you've tried everything, but I'll let you know what I did just in case you haven't tried this yet. I used the AMD cleanup utility to uninstall the AMD drivers. I then used CCleaner to double check to see if Catalyst was still there (it wasn't). I then used Driver Sweeper and got rid of all AMD display files. After that I installed Catalyst 13.5 Beta 2. I ran Fifa 13 (MSAA x4, no limit on fps, and unchecked both bottom boxes) and there was no stuttering... I only tried it with one game, but my stuttering usually began within the first minute of game play

Check this topic: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1665075/fifa-lagging-stuttering-tryed.html

I am confident it also depends on your settings in the graphics menu, V-sync off and what this person says no FPS limit should help.

KNOWN FIXES

FIFA 2013:

Fix lag issue when using in-game Vsync - shankly1985

The Fix
Download RadeonPro and create a profile, set Vsync to always on and also tick box lock frame rate to monitor's refresh rate.
In-game settings disable Vsync and set to lock at 60FPS.

Fix stutter using multiple cards - pgi947

Create a profile for fifa13.exe in CCC's profile manager (over-ride current settings) and set crossfire to disable. Will now run noticeably smoother on a single card

I've tried the radeon pro fix mate and it certainly didn't help any. Not seen anything at all on youtube but i have read plenty of other having the same problem as myself just dont know what the fix is. Run the game with both sync on and off still same outcome. I only run Original games so all games are upto date so again i cant see that being a problem.

AMD already has a profile for Battlefield 3, so we were presented with a dialog box asking us if we would like to override the pre-defined BF3 profile with the options we just selected. We clicked "Yes." The next dialog box told us that the application profile has been updated. We clicked "OK," and we were back at the "3D Application Settings" page of the Catalyst Control Center. Once back there, we clicked on the "Application Profiles" option to check out our shiny new profiles.

bit overexplained but you should manage.

If that fails too im willing to test it myself sinds i have a 7950, but that would have to wait to this evening or tommorow.
