My current processor is a Phenom II and i had a bad experience with its stock fan, as i live in Egypt and the weather get extremely hot here the fan was super noisy and since i am soon upgrading to the FX-8350 i was wondering if i should install my CM 212 Hyper Plus on it or is the stock fan good enough and not as noisy?

Also another thing i wanted to ask if i will have to upgrade my PSU as well, i currently have a Cougar 700CM.

Solution
Stock fan is alright, but even if the fan becomes noisy, it's good that you already have a cooler as a replacement.
No need to upgrade your PSU :)

I'm living in the Sahara region of neighboring Algeria, I got a CM Sphere mounted on my FX-8120 and I'm telling you it's not enough.. the cpu runs at 71° after minutes of gaming.
