Sound Card - PCIE - $125 budget

I'm looking for a sound card for my 1st desktop build. It has to be PCIE because I have an Asus Z77 motherboard which has no PCI slots. Here is everything I have for the new system. Any help would be greatly appreciated:

Go for the SB Z. The headphones you are looking at are pretty high end and the SB Z has a dedicated 600Ohm headphone jack that can push those headphones easily. Plus its only $104 vs the $169 for the Asus, which is great but over your budget.

I just got the SB Z and so far its just as good as my old X-Fi Xtreme Gamer Fatality Pro, just so far without the driver issues.
