I need to buy a new ATX PSU but my actual UPS doesn't support Active PFC.

Could you suggest me a good PSU with Passive PFC? Power range 450/550W, main charachteristic longevity. No budget limit.

Well, since active PFC provides a more efficient power frequency, you would be better following dottorrent's suggestion and then changing your UPS to suit it. SeaSonic is the way to go.
