770 2GB vs 670 4GB

I was wondering. Which one would be better for Livestreaming while playing Heavy duty games, here is the build That Im using it with. I guess build suggestions would be useful too.

if budget is not a problem go for the 770... However you only make use of over 2GB with multiple screens...

The GTX 770 is faster then a gtx 680 so if you're question is which is faster then clearly gtx 770.Also there no need for a 1000w power supply with that build get this instead http://pcpartpicker.com/mr/ncixus/xfx-power-supply-p1850bbefx it's built by seasonic 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Full Modular & enough to run that system with two gtx 770's and it's only $109.99
