How to format computer when he says disk is inaccessible

Hi,
I am use windows 7 ultimate.
one day i go for format it by XP3 cd ,
but when setup is loading all files and says starting windows then it was slow on that time.After sometime says Examines memory and says Disk can't accessible.
memory is hard disk(internal).
What is this problem ? and what is this solution.
please give me solution fast

you need to give us MORE DETAILS !
The solution wiil come after we identify the problem.

It seems there are 2 things that are causing your truble:
1. Your Windows CD is NOT genuine = NOT original CD so it can couse Problems.
2. Your RAM ("memory") is damaged. (this one is more likely)

so i pls answer My previous question:

Have you tried testing you window installation disk on other PC .......i just came from my friends house today......he had a error probably like your one, it said "error loading OS" I installed Window 7 with my installation DVD it didn't work but it did work with an other Installtion DVD ..

its it a legitimate copy of Win 7 Ultimate?
The message is saying "Disk" is inaccessible.. you say the error says "memory" is inaccessible... they are different things..

I suspect your copy is not genuine.. so it probably has all sorts of issues which is why it not detecting memory/disk correctly.
