How is the wireless set up? Is there a list of approved mac addresses? Are you using the right security settings?

You have to look at the router settings for the wireless. You should be able to log into the administration page of the router from your desktop (usually at http://192.168.1.1) but check your manual. Is there any security key you put in for the other devices connected to wireless?
