Installing the front panel wiring, no color code, yet motherboard manual indicates a plus and a minus pin for the panel wiring but the wires are not color coded nor do they have a + or - indicated. There is a arrow indicator on the back of the connector. Don't know if that means anything. This is an MSI board FM2 A75MA P33. The case is XION. Thank you for any help you may give.

Are you 100% certain the are not marked? Most all manufacturers mark these! Be specific list your Hardware specs
EXAMPLE:
Motherboard - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Case - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Thank you. That's what I have done in the past but things keep changing and I thought I should check.

You are correct. The arrow n the back of the black connectors are +. I have the same Xion case and my new MSI motherboard shows what and how to connect. Just match the connectors according to diagram and you are up and running.

The MSI manual will tell you which pins are plus and which are minus. On the case, the minus pins will all be the same color, either black or white, because these are the "ground" pins. Just figure out the common color for the minus pins and you're all set.
