i have a problem with origin, i bought sims 3 today and i installed it.
first it installed origin, so i made a account. because i'm 14 i needed to give my parent's email.
so i did. but now i cant log in on the website of origin. only in the program but i want to log in on the web because i can get bonus stuff from the thesims3 website. i need to log in with my origin account because i activated the game in origin. so i cant do it in TheSims3.com
What can i do about it i looked the every where on google but i cant find something about my problem. in the program i can log in with my username. not on the web and if i put the emailadres of my parents it doesn't work too. so... what to do?
