Need help in adding RAM on my rig :3

I only have 4 gig of ram ( 4.00 GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 867MHz ) and planning to another 4 gig. Is Gskill RipjawsX 8GB Single 1600 CL10 compatible with my motherboard or will two Gskill RipjawsX 4GB Single 1600 CL9 be better? Thanks!

MSI B75MA-P45 (MS-7798) (SOCKET 0)
Intel Core i5 3330 @ 3.00GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti
FSP 550w Silver.

Ram always works best in same memory pairs. If you need to know what RAM will fit your motherboard there is a tool at www.crucial.com called Crucial Memory Advisor Tool, it will scan your motherboard and give any and all options available for your current setup GUARANTEED to fit.
