Did it ever boot?

Have you tried all the steps in the following guide?

everything was plugged in correctly.
I tried to start the PC without the ram unite, the RAM failure "beep" sound started.
so i noticed that the ram isn't plugged-in correctly, i cleaned the RAM with alcohol, it worked find.
Anyways, thanks.

Wassem, you really don't need to (and shouldn't have to) clean the RAM with anything. If you're going to clean it, use PURE alcohol that's not diluted with water or fragrances at ALL! You can easily short things out with water vapor on there.
