lol very generic question... 7950 will be better for battlefield 4, so thats my vote.

but some games can use physx which is nvidia only.

A GTX 770 will be a better option, if you have the budget. GTX 670 and GTX 760 is pretty much same card for your kind information.

Get an msi 760 tf 2gb card. It will max any game no problem in 1080p, and for $260 it's just a steal. I'm currently getting 60fps in the Witcher 2 maxed (no ubersampling), 60 fps in skyrim maxed with lots of mods (2k textures, etc) and 50-60fps in Arma 2 maxed... Plus the card never goes over 60c in full load on stock clocks.
