I'm just wondering if this is a good build and if I need to change some parts. My main concern is the APU and GPU becoming a Hybrid Crossfire. I want it to work because this is a budget build for me. Please help me. Also give me suggestions, to make it cheaper and get every $1 out of this build worth it. :)

Your better off not doing the dual graphics with AMD APU, they haven't fixed the issues with frame skipping and stutter for that type of configuration so you get worse looking performance if you just used them separate.

I would get a regular CPU and GPU combo which gives you a better performance and a better upgrade path in the future.
