For the price I give you an 8 out of 10. The new Radeon cards will be launched in two weeks so it may make sense to wait a bit and see how that changes the field. I would like to see 16GB of RAM instead and the board seems a bit much, especially if you're not going to use the killer nic on account of using wifi. Overall though it's a good balance and should keep you gaming on rather high settings with 1080p for some time. That PSU should be enough to support you adding a second 7950 down the line for even more performance while that cooler will allow you to overclock your CPU to feed those cards. When you consider you can add more RAM and an SSD later on this should keep you gaming for some time.
