I would like to play minecraft (only) at max settings and I wan't at least 100FPS+ incase of frame drops.

Here is another build if you really want to spend $800. (I put the SSD in for fun even though it brings the system $50 dollars over your budget, totally worth it though). Plus this systems Cpu will kick the AMD FX-6300 out of the water.
