OS: Windows 7
CPU: Intel i5 4670k
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G43
Memory: 16gb DDR3 1866
Graphics: MSI GeForce GTX 770
Hard Drive: Muskin Chronos 240gb SSD boot disk, 1tb Western Digital Black storage drive
For the past week, every time I try and play a game that isn't League of Legends the framerate inevitably begins to stutter. Occasionally this will happen while watching movies as well. I should note that this happens regardless of the game's graphical settings. It happens most often in cutscenes or while playing any racing game (tried Trackmania and Need for Speed: Shift 2.)
I tried updating the graphics driver, hoping that it was just a case of the early 770 drivers being crap, but it made no difference. I'm currently running the 331.4 beta drivers.
According to GPU-Z, my graphics card is not under significant load while this is happening. Both my CPU and GPU are rarely under more than a 50% load in most of the games I've tried. I can't think of anything else to check.
