A few PSU specs are a bit beyond me, so if anyone could clarify the compatibility of this PSU I'd appreciate it. My intuition tells me it should be more than enough, but I'm a bit cautious so the more info you have the better.
the power supply been updated for the newest intel cpu. it has two 6 plus two cables for slt or crossfire. it has one large 12v rail with 62 amps rating on it or 744 volts on the 12v line. it has all the right protection for an updated power supply...dead short...over voltage..under voltage protection.
Several THG forum users have reported voltage stability problems with the CX series PSUs .... notably 11.34 volts on the 12 volt rail under load. This is outside (5.5%) the ATX specification (5%). Personally I look for no more than 1.5% on overclocked multi card boxes....
I would recommend stepping up to the TX750 V2 (not the 750M)
