Solution
when you cleared your cmos you lost your settings. in memory turn on xmp profile on. under display output if you have a gpu set it to peg or pci not ipgpu. in the sata port set them to achi mode not raid or ide. if you set them to ide not achi when you installed windows the first time if you switch sata mode afterwards it will bomb if you set them to achi mode when windows was installed in ide mode.
