Headset choices or recommendations?

So I was thinking of buying a headset and came upon these two but can't really decide. I was wondering if someone could tell me if one of these are better?

Creative Sound Blaster Tactic 3D Alpha USB Connector Circumaural Headset

I know you need an adapter for the electra to get the mic and headphones to work. :/
If there is something better than either of these and around the same price could you link it please?

I would highly suggest the Tiamat from Razer instead as it has digital 7.1 and is one of the best headsets on the market (especially for it's price) but only if you can afford it if not also have a look at these and decide

You can even look at the Genius Cavimanus, Razer Kraken, SS Siberia V2 (steel series) Corsair Vengeance 1300, Turtle Beach earforce Z22's (they are sexy)

Most of the ones I mentioned are in your or just SLIGHTLY over the budget you listed.
