recover del partiotion

accedently deletd o/s partition and have not been able to load or install new o/s have hirems cd and cant seem to recover or repair the hard drive, not sure if i am using hirems cd correctly
any help would be welcome.

It's pretty hard to delete the OS partition - are you sure you actually did? Hirens can't recover it but it should be able to let you see the Partitions and the directories of each. To recover data, you need to slave that disk to anbother system and copy everything out from the Docs and Settings folders but the OS itself will need to be reinstalled if you did delete the Partition.
