Is that temp. at idle or after a gaming load? Cause stock fans usually suck big time, and those temps. aren't that bad for stock and for that OC.

In any case, if this is after load, I'd leave it be. If it's not... double-check. You might need to lower that OC if temps. are getting much higher.

Or use a benchmark/stress test tool like Prime95 or Intel Burn Test and watch what happens on your temperature monitoring tool. CPU-Z to watch Vcore and CPU clock.

Right, what he said.

Anyways, what I'm trying to get at is that personally... I wouldn't trust the stock fan on a CPU that's running anything over... stock! But again, maybe you got a good chip. Haswell has been known to be a luck of the draw when it comes to getting a good chip with great performance overclock room and heat management when overclocking.

Indeed. An aftermarket cooler is almost always required for overclocking. (Especially if you want to go higher than 4GHz)

Edit: With the luck of the draw thing, that is also very true.

Yes go back to stock. 100°C is pushing it. Most people prefer to stay under 70°C at full load, but it is pretty much an opinion thing. I like to stay under 80°C as my safe zone. I would stay away from anything over that.
