No POST... HELP!!

I have the Asrock fm2a55m-dgs mother board and when I start it up I don't get a beep or a Post. Everything is plugged in correctly. I built one pc before this but this didn't happen. Can someone please help?

look at the bios on the motherboard then look at the cpu qual list on the mb web site see if your mb has a bios that at a rev to post your system.
