System Issues. What is this beeping?

OK. That's the MB BIOS telling you that something is wrong. Check you owner's manual for the PC for a beep code and count the beeps. It should be a series of long and short beeps. The order they are in determines the problem.

It depends on what the beeping you hear is, and where it is coming from. If your PC has a MB speaker, it will beep once at startup to let you know all is well. If the PC speaker is beeping after you are in Windows, there may be something defective with the MB.

It's coming from the motherboard. It will not post at all. No Bios screen. nothing. Just beeping.
