So yesterday I brought up a thread about how my graphics card had gone wrong and didnt work properly as I was getting insane fps lag in League of Legends. So the person told me to check my GPU usage and said that 100% was sketchy. However, today the problem got fixed in itself.
So I did test out my GPU load through GPU-Z tech power up and it said that when I played with uncapped fps frames in LoL it was around between 75%~98% gpu load, and with 60 fps cap I played with a gpu load of between 40~60%. However, when I played a more demanding game such as Kritika online (Korean action MMO) I got the same of around 80~98% gpu load spiking between these numbers.
So just to be sure is 90%'s gpu usage bad? Will it do any damage to my computer?
My specs are:
Alienware m14x R1
Nvidia GeForce GT 555m
Intel core i7-2670QM CPU @2.20GHz
Integrated Graphics card: Intel HD 3000
Windows 7 Home Premium
Ram: 4GB
Also I did update my drivers to the latest version but just updated it without uninstalling my previous drivers... is that bad?
