ok, so about 3 days ago, i restored my pc to factory defaults...
i lost everything to make the pc like it was new, and now I am trying to reinstall my 6770 graphics card and it wont turn on.
i lost the install cd but installed the drivers from the amd website, but yet the card still wont turn on, like the fan isnt even running...
any help?
