PC Turns on but no display

Just as two days ago i tried turning on my PC which i had just used the day before and there is nothing on the screen. I can log into my computer and hear the classic windows sound but there isn't a thing on the screen.

What I have tried:

-Since I have two graphics cards, I swapped one out with the other, Didn't work
-Tried Using Different Cables
-Tried different outputs on the graphics card
-Tried using a different monitor

I don't know what else to try and so I really need help. I think that it may be the Power supply or Motherboard but i just don't know. The Power supply is an Aero Cool 550 watt and is under full load (Gets Blue Screen Of Death when I overclock My 7870). Can someone please help me!

Any other suggestions would greatly help me as i am stuck on what to do.

I have run with one card, And then taken it out then tried another. I have also tried integrated graphics, still won't work. But the thing is I can hear myself login when i type in the password and hit enter. So is the main possability the PSU, if then i will buy one.

-PSU, Should i get an antec Earthwatt's 650 watt 80+ Platinum PSU for only $137?

I have looked on lots of forums and it says that the most likely problem is the PSU. There are others about the motherboard but no where near as much. Well anyway, On Saturday I am going to MSY to buy a Corsair 650 watt PSU with 3 year warranty, if that doesn't work they have said that i can return it so it could be worth the try. If that doesn't work, then i might as well try getting another motherboard.

Ok, I have done a lot of testing and found the problem. It was the DVI connection at the back of the samsung monitor. I was testing the ram slots, cables and then I tried the VGA on the monitor and it worked! Then I looked up online and all it needed was a firmware update and now the old cable works and the DVI connection as well. All is good and thanks for all your feedback.
