My temp folders total 68gb if I go to disk cleanup. Does that not seem abnormally large? Are we sure I can safely delete all of this? I have a couple poker related programs, Holdem Manager and Postgres that may be related to this somehow. Thanks.

you can delete your temp files which is available in c:\windows\temp
& start -->run --> %temp%

it will help you to perform faster and save your disk space.
