Hey guys,

So my sister was using my computer, and she tried to download some fucked up OMG ANIMATED UNICORN RAINBOW CURSOR!!! shit.
I'd bet you all know how that went so I'll save you the details. Long story short I got some bullshit on my computer called Qvo6. Hijacked my browser and set the default homepage to www.qvo6.com, installed a bunch of registry keys and an application called Desk365.

I managed to remove all of it, and ran some malware scans, repeating until it turned up nothing. So far everything seems exactly the way it was, except there's this weird toolbar it seems to have added to Explorer. I'm pretty sure it's not normal:

Specifically this thing here if you can't see it:

Mousing over it gives a vertical resize cursor, no tooltips. Clicking on it makes it go in like a button, but does nothing:

I'm pretty stumped about this. Do any of you guys have any clue what this is about? I'd really appreciate any kind of input about this :)
