Fallout - Tactics ; How to lower the FPS (OVER 2500)

Hi! I'm playing Fallout Tactics and FRAPS (because Afterburner is not detecting those old games) is showing over 2500FPS when playing the game. I tried to use Riva Tuner but it doesn't do anything. Is there a way to force the game to lower the FPS? My ASUS 7950 DC2 is wasting electricity and is doing something that's stupid. Thanks in advance..

Under the gaming section of the Catalyst Control Center, force "Wait for Vertical Refresh," If this works, it should limit the FPS to your monitors refresh rate (usually 60Hz).

You can also set an application profile just for Fallout Tactics, just click the add button and look for the fallout tactics executable. This will prevent it from forcing vsync in all your games.
