Im a first time builder, converting from console i just need some help will my pc run BF4 at 1080p at a reasonable FPS.

Case-Corsair Carbide 330R Ultra Quiet case
PSU-Corsair HX-650 V2 80 PLUS Gold Power Supply
MOBO-Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H Motherboard
CPU-Intel Core i5 4670
RAM-Corsair Vengeance Pro 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3
GPU- Gigabyte Ge-force GTX 760 Splinter Cell OC 2GB
SSD-Corsair Force Series LS 120GB
hd-Western Digital WD Black 1TB

Also will my PSU be enough to run this PC and would it be worth it upgrading to a 4GB 760 as its just inside my budget for the GPU

I believe this will be able to run it at good FPS on high-ultra. Your Power Supply is good, I would suggest a 7970 over the 4GB 760.

You could go with the Gigabyte H87 over Z87 if you do not plan to over clock, which you will not be able to do on a 4670. You would need a 4670k if you wanted to OC, then you would benefit from the Z87
