Any 700W+ would be good, it would also allow for future SLI.

Brands like Corsair, xfx, seasonic or antec are good reliable brands.

your current parts will need 550W exactly, so about a 650w PSU (considering the 80-85% efficiency)
so i recommend a seasonic 750W gold. this is a very good PSU for you now.
but if you are planning on future upgrades, then a 850W is necessary.

Seasonic S12II 620 Watts PSU < Is a great choice as long as you don't SLI , plenty for your current specs.

Your Seasonic is perfectly acceptable, considered the best of the best, and has been for years

That PSU will work great as long as you aren't using more than one GPU (Crossfire/SLI). I don't think you need 16 GB of RAM unless you're doing video editing or something if the sort.

Yes the PSU goes on the bottom of the case and the cables are usually made to be too long so you can zip tie them down around the case to get better airflow.
