@ ishraq: Do you intend to purchase a higher resolution display? If not a GTX650Ti or HD7850 will run any game out there at Ultra settings at 720 rez.
If you DO intend to upgrade the display a HD7950 is a very potent card for the money, mine has few problems at 1080 rez even though the CPU is not as strong as yours.
Final point: AMD are releasing some new cards next week, you might want to hold off until the dust settles before making a final purchase decision.

Man, wait for R9 200 gpus from AMD. Definetly go for R9 270X that will be the best bang for the buck then (200$) . Release date on octomber.

Definetly go for 270X and get the cheapet non-refrence card so you can stay in ur budget

Man, wait. Then get that and if u arent satisfied with the performance of the 270x, go for 7950, but u wont get those new amd technologies

Well.. you might want to know that if you are into modding and stuff and put high textures on everything then the 7950's 3GB VRAM would be very good for someone like that.
I mean when someone plays Skyrim with High Resolution Texture mods and every stuff, then 2GB RAM most often feels less, just because as soon as the VRAM is filled up, there are frame drops. So, I think the 7950 should be better.
But anyways it is better to wait, and then let hardware sites release benchmarks and then it should be a good comparision. If you can wait, then that is better.
