Cabinet Getting Rust??

i opened my cabinet to inspect something when i noticed little red spots on the side panel,,are those rust? will it spread out to my other components? its this cabinet(http://www.zebronics.com/products/cabinet-budget/dashing),,i am totally freaking out

ok great, but look again just to make sure.
the one issue is humidity, you need to circulate air inside the case to get rid of it. if you intend to store your pc or not use it for a while, it is recommended to turn it on for few minutes every 2 weeks or so.
just install these fans and you have nothing to worry about.

sorry for the late reply, personal errands.
the rear fan option is used? by the PSU? if not then put an outtake fan there.
and put an intake fan on the side fan option, you need to circle the air inside the case.

do not worry it will not spread if the humidity is low.

none of the inside components caught the rust right?
