Do you really want sabertooth MoBo?
I have UD3 Gigabyte with 3930k and it is really great.
So UP4 or Asus PRO is maybe better choice. (they have more memory slots) if you need more memory than UD 3 can take.

Memory. Look Cl 9 , 9 ,9 24 memory. It is maybe better take 1600MHz better Cl values than faster MHz

Corsair CX is crap. Take better. New corsair RM is awesome PSU. Or Rosewill Capstone / Lightning. Seasonic and XFX are good PSU's too. So look what is cheap and good wattage for you.

For video card. Go for better. GTX 760 or 7950 / 7970.

WD black is not better than regular WD Blue or Seagate Barracuda. It just more expensive.

If you want bigger SSD than 128GB then look sandisk ultra plus
256GB price is just 165$ It is good ,cheap ,fast enough. Really reliable too.

There was no CPU fan in part list? X-79 2011 cpu do not have any fan with then when you buy the CPU.

So if this fits to your case. Maybe good buy.
