I have a new Intel Core i7 4770K and i noticed huge FPS drops in all games, if i have PLL or HT active.
If i deactivate both, everything works stable.
My question is, how do i configure the CPU correctly to get a stable system and might have HT still active.
Other System Specs:
Motherboard: ASUS Z87Pro
GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX670 FTW 4GB+
RAM: 16GB ADATA 1866MHz DDR3
I also have a Corsair H80i water cooler installed, so overclocking might be an option, if it doesn't reduce the lifetime of my CPU to much.
