New CPU+Motherboard or just a new GPU?

Hello there!

Im planning to upgrade my computer, but i need to know which upgrade solution will give the best fps boost in League of Legends (i'm not playing any other games atm)

My current setup is:

AMD Phenom ii x4 965 BE (Overclocked to 4 Ghz)
Asrock M3N78D Motherboard
GTX 570
750W Cooler master PSU (GX series)

So, my question is; what should I upgrade?

Upgrade to a MSI Z87-G45 Gaming motherboard and an Intel Core i5-4670K and keep my current GTX 570

or

Upgrade to a GTX 770 and keep my current motherboard and CPU?

It's not graphically intensive. Your GTX 570 maxes out the graphical settings. LoL only really uses one core, and it is more CPU-bound than GPU-bound.

What FPS do get with your current setup? What FPS are you trying to achieve?

I'm getting 80-200 fps (in average) but i would like to see a fps boost to a stable 140+ fps, because i have a 120 hz monitor.. Sometimes my fps drops to about 80 fps (especially in teamfights
) , which looks really bad on a 120 hz monitor.
