Need your help guys. Anyway, this happens when I am OCing to 4.3 or 4.4 i4770k on my Maximus Formula VI. Running Vcore at 1.24, stable on Realbench, AIDA 65 and Cinebench. When I can get into Windows, running the system isn't the problem. The problem is after a shutdown in Windows and when I re-turn on the computer again, it will try to start but then it goes through a very short cycle of start, stop without it booting up at all. Sometimes I have to hit and hold the power button for the system to post and boot into Windows. Like I said, this only happens when I OC, either manual or Adaptive voltage. When I run it completely stock, it powers up right away with one touch of the button. Do you guys think this is a PSU issue and maybe PSU is not supplying enough juice to the MB/CPU when OC? The PSU I am using is a Corsair TX750 v1 about 4-5 yrs old, was perfectly fine in my previous setup before this, just seems really strange and I have played with many different settings in the BIOs to no help.

P.S. Sometime when I am able to get it to boot to post (after many power on and quick shutdown) it will say something like overclocked failed, F1 setup...but also I get SIO Power ok delay failed message as well

Tried that already. Like I said, this quick power on and off and failure to boot is when I am OCing, either auto OC or manual OC. Seems to run fine under stock. I had the MSI Z87 Mpower board just before this one and was having problem as well but in a different way in which computer would reboot to OC failed screen during idle when overclock. I can pass stress test but will fail at OC.

GPU is Asus GTX 770 and Ram is Ballistix 16GB DDR3, can't be the RAM since I already got this new set after the G.Skill I just swapped out (also new). Everything in the comp is pretty much new, except for the case, PSU and harddrive but those are now storage drive since I got a new SSD too

Corsair TX750 ver 1, bought it back in 08. Was working just fine with my old setup (Q9450) and even now it works ok when the PC is not OC, but once OC that's when weird things happen from start up issue to reboot to OC failed when I had the MSI Z87 Mpower
