Need your help guys. Anyway, this happens when I am OCing to 4.3 or 4.4 i4770k on my Maximus Formula VI. Running Vcore at 1.24, stable on Realbench, AIDA 65 and Cinebench. When I can get into Windows, running the system isn't the problem. The problem is after a shutdown in Windows and when I re-turn on the computer again, it will try to start but then it goes through a very short cycle of start, stop without it booting up at all. Sometimes I have to hit and hold the power button for the system to post and boot into Windows. Like I said, this only happens when I OC, either manual or Adaptive voltage. When I run it completely stock, it powers up right away with one touch of the button. Do you guys think this is a PSU issue and maybe PSU is not supplying enough juice to the MB/CPU when OC? The PSU I am using is a Corsair TX750 v1 about 4-5 yrs old, was perfectly fine in my previous setup before this, just seems really strange and I have played with many different settings in the BIOs to no help.
P.S. Sometime when I am able to get it to boot to post (after many power on and quick shutdown) it will say something like overclocked failed, F1 setup...but also I get SIO Power ok delay failed message as well
