Ram: 16gb Corsair Vengeance

Mobo: ASUS sabertooth 990fx

Up: 6 Down: 30

i have a lot of trouble streaming games on even 720p with 30 fps while people are telling me they are pumping out 60fps on 1080p with a 8350 and just about the same upload. im not too sure what the deal is.

What are your current OBS settings? Just give me a quick rundown of the quality settings. and run a speedtest while trying to stream using speedtest.net

well i am running OBS with a bitrate of 2500-3000 buffer

the problem i am having is it seems like im at a wall with the quality. i have heard that the 8350 is supposed to be great for streaming and the fact that i have had people tell me they stream BF3 at 60fps with one with not too much of a difference in upload speed makes me wonder what i am doing wrong.
