Potential upgrades to my system?

I currently use my computer for light work but mostly gaming. I game at 1440p, and have 2 1440p monitors.

My specs are as follows:
Motherboard: Asus P7P55d-E Pro
CPU: i5-750 LGA 1156 (2.7 ghz, overclocked to 4.0)
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 4x4 GB
Video Cards: Gigabyte GTX 670 2gb/ PNY GTX 670 2gb
PSU: Solid Gear 750w 80 plus Bronze
SSD: Crucial M4 128 gb

I was considering upgrading my motherboard and CPU to Haswell, but I'm not sure whether the money is worth it. Ultimately, I want to be able to have a smooth gaming experience with the newer titles coming out, such as Battlefield 4 and Titanfall, and with the increasing use of CPU power in games, especially at 1440p, I want to make sure I'm not hamstrung by my processor.

If you were going to go for upgrades, what would they be? Would you even bother updating this system?

Thanks.

So would you upgrade to a 4670k, 4770k, or an 8350 from my current specs? I realize I would have to buy a new motherboard, and although money really isn't an issue, I would like the best bang for the buck.
