Which is better mobo for i5 3570k

Is gigabyte ga b75m d3h is suitable for i5 3570k? If its not than which one is better around 5000-6000rs. thats about 80-100?

I'm not sure which mobo's are offered where you live, but make sure you get one that has a "z77" in it - your cpu is unlocked and can overclock.

I dont want to overclock. Then its suitable. Or can i change it to 4670 i5 its at the same price of i5 3570k. I can switch mobo too to gigabyte b85m d3h. What oc do?

If you're not overclocking, then I do recommend going with a 4670. That mobo also looks fine. But just to be safe, what other options are there at the site/store you're shopping at?
