I'm looking to buy a computer in the $1600 price range to be used mostly for forex programs such as StrategyQuant Pro which utilizes all processor cores and requires large amounts of ram, I would also like the option to use the system for gaming. It would be great if its quiet as well.

I have come up with a possible build and I am looking for any suggestions to the make the computer more faster and whether the hardware I have suggested would fit in the case?

I will be using Windows 8 Pro aswell, I didn't add it to the list because I already have it.

I didn't add a Hard Drive because space isn't a real issue for me, I only require a small amount at the moment.

I would like to run the computer 24/7 and I am unsure of a safe level for overclocking if I was to do this.

Thanks!

is for the non locked cpu you need a z87 mb to overclock the k chip.
your power supply is over kill a broze rated unit will be fine.
with a ssd you want to use a small one tb hd as a scratch drive.ssd have a limited number of writes so you use the hd as the data drive for apps you install and del and work you save too. a 128g drive 30-60g uses for windows install. then you need to leave some room for trim and garbage clean up.
