Recommended PSU for my PC

Hey, I need a new power supply for my build since my old corsair PSU has massive coil whine/clicking problems. I have 110 Euro to spend on a new one, but if anybody could recommend one that doesn't have that hissing/coil while at high loads I'd appreciate it. I was looking up corsair ones earlier and it seems like you just have to order from them and pray you're lucky not to get a PSU with coil whine.
Here's what I'll need to power;
Processor - Intel Core i5-3570K Box, LGA1155
Mobo - Gigabyte Z77X-D3H, Intel Z77, ATX
Ram - 8GB-Kit Corsair Vengeance Low Profile schwarz PC3-12800U CL9
GFX card - MSI 670GTX-PM2D2GD5/OC, GeForce GTX 670, 2048MB DDR5
HDD - WD Caviar Blue 1TB 6Gb's
SSD- Samsung SSD 830 128GB SATA 6GB's Basic
and a few other minor components that don't take up much power at all.

I had a 750w power supply before, and I will probably upgrade to SLI graphics cards soon, or if not buy a new graphics card altogether.
I've looked around the forums earlier for other recommendations but the PSU's people are recommending have tonnes of videos showing off their coil whine, and independent reviewers never seem to mention it(maybe they just get lucky)
Thanks in advance for any help!:)

Would a 650watt be able to support my specs?(I might get that corsair gold) Would it support them when I upgrade to SLI 670's?
Thanks!
