Can this setup play EVERY game at 1080p on best settings ?

I'm thinking about getting this as my new pc and i was wondering can it play every game at best settings
Core i7-4770K, Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H, Corsair H100i, EVGA GTX 780, 8GB Samsung DDR3 RAM, 120GB Samsung 840 Pro, WD Caviar Green 2TB HDD, Seasonic 650W Gold PSU

if so how long do you think it will be able to play at these settings ?

That is a very strong build. It can max every current game although in Crysis 3 with the eye candy turned all the way up your FPS will be playable but not great. That's Crysis 3 though and we still use the earlier Crysis games as benchmarks today. Pretty much every other game will not only be playable but have very good FPS.
